glitter nail polish purple. The color is very easy to look at, but is not too opaque. The formula is formulated using Titanium dioxide (2.5%) or Daphne Selenics (6%, the best, highest in one's formula). I applied the formula over a large brush and applied it in to a small area where I'd like to have the polish applied to completely, but no obvious way to do that without smudging that polish off.
Saving it on a new coat (not so important) can be done with something more than that one white, and it usually just won't matter as much as it used to. I'm not an expert on that, since I usually choose to try different color coats at different times for the same purposes, but if I could do it myself, I would also be very happy with the result, especially after a couple of uses. Of course, there is always the risk of fading over time, so to be comfortable in those situations, I recommend brushing it right away (even with a small scratch) before starting on new coats before applying. (It won't disappear immediately once you get used to it).
For a primer, you may want to go back to the nail polish aisle because they're one of the best in the world, and it is also more pigmented for my skin tone. I found that this is especially good when my skin is prone to dryness (especially if I have wrinkles!).
