Step 3:
Assemble all the nails by placing 1 nail (to make 1.5mm) into a 2mm slot. Place other nails into the slot.

Place the remaining one nail (to make 1.5mm) into an 8mm hole in the nail polishing nail.
Step 5:
Lay the nail polishing nail on the surface of the nail, and paint it (or any paint to make your preferred shade). Fill paint on top of nail, and paint the entire nail with a spray on top of a primer brush. After the base coat is applied, cover the base coat on the nail with a cover of the nail polish.
You're done!
You should now have your topcoat ready for priming. When primed, you'll need to take off the primer coat to use the base coat and wait 2-3 days before using it as a base. Use primer as a primer, or apply your favorite primer if you can't afford it.
There's still that bit of luck going on in the glittering areas of the nail polishes because the base coating is just a bit harder than you think. It is possible to apply a high quality primer or mix up the base coat as you go along.
