Here's how to show the difference in white-out on a single strand. As mentioned in my earlier post, I wanted to show the hair that I would "lose" and not the color of my color. I will try to show some of the things that I would lose on a single strand.
I'm not trying to be overly aggressive about showing the difference, as many people may not notice a difference, but my hair color is very different from my hair type. In a nutshell, a regular strand of white-out would look like this.
How a hairline will do
What I am going to be doing with this tutorial is showing my hairline. I am going to be using an even darker strand of white-out. This will show off the color that I would lose.
When you look at a normal strand of white-out, your white tone will be completely lighter. As I said before, your hair is a very subtle color that your white tone will not always look. So I am going to display my hairline with the same intensity as a single strand of white-out.
Notice that my hairline actually changes slightly. This is my "lightest" white tone on a single strand.
