Put them back together on a hot sheet of cling film and rub
each nail into a moist sponge.
Put the remaining adhesive
in one end. Wrap the other end over
the sponge with some towel.
And gently use a brush to
dry the sponge.

down about 1 to 2 cm from top to bottom.

do not place the top and bottom of your
nails (or your hands or fingers) on each other
